What we collect
When you use this site or contact us, we may collect:

- Your location (estate, town, building or landmark) — so we can check coverage and plan installation.
- Your package choice and anything you tell us in a message.
If identification is required at installation, it is collected at that point by the technician — we do not ask for ID uploads on this website.
Why we collect it
- To respond to your request for a connection or support.
- To check and record whether your area is covered.
- To arrange installation, billing and customer support.
Who we share it with
Your details are shared only with the people who need them to serve you — for example the technician assigned to your installation. We do not sell your information to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep request and contact records for as long as they are needed to serve you and meet our legal obligations, then they are removed.
Your rights
Under the Data Protection Act, 2019, you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent to be contacted. To make a request, email biztechlinks3@gmail.com or call 0748 960 040.
You also have the right to complain to the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner if you believe your data has been mishandled.
